The ºÚÁÏÍø Student Accounts Office is located in the Reid Center Business Office on McDonald Avenue.
Students are encouraged to discuss payment plan options and make payment arrangements with the Student Accounts Specialist as early as possible during the enrollment and registration process. Planning ahead provides the greatest selection of payment plan options and helps avoid missed deadlines.

Set Up a Payment Plan in the Student Portal
Setting up a payment plan is easy using the Student Portal. Follow the steps below to pay your required 10% deposit and select the payment plan that best meets your needs.

Step 1: Open Payment Plans
Log in to the CoreCampus Student Portal.
From the Finance menu, select the Payment Plans tile.
Step 2: Pay the 10% Deposit
Select the image displaying the red DUE DATE wording.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your required 10% payment plan deposit, and select the red “One Time Payment” button.
Enter your payment method and select “Submit Payment.” When prompted, enter your email address to complete the transaction.
Your payment will be applied to your student account.
Step 3: Open Payment Plan Options
After your payment has been submitted, return to the Make A Payment menu.
Select the yellow “Payment Plan Options” button to open the available payment plans.
Please Note: Eligibility requirements and enrollment deadlines apply.
Step 4: Select Your Payment Plan
Use the calendar tool to choose your First Installment Date.
Select the payment plan that best meets your needs.
Next, choose one of the following options:
- Proceed — Select this option if you would like your installment payments to be made automatically using the same payment method throughout the semester.
- Agree to Manual Cash Payment Plan — Select this option if you plan to make your installment payments manually through the CoreCampus Student Portal or expect to use different payment methods during the semester.
Important: Do not select automatic withdrawal unless you intend to use the same payment method for every scheduled payment during the payment plan period.
Finally, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your payment plan setup.

Understanding Your Payment Schedule
The example shown is for illustration purposes only. Your actual balance, installment amounts, and due dates will appear in your Student Portal.
Follow the prompts displayed in the portal to complete your payment plan setup. You can view your payment schedule by opening the Payment Plan dropdown menu.
Make every installment payment on or before its scheduled due date to keep your account in good standing. Paying each installment on time should result in a zero remaining payment plan balance by the end of the main semester.
